Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Free session in June

How do the free June sessions work?

For our launch in June 2026, we are delighted to offer:

  • 1:1 Personalised Learning Sessions: Strictly limited to one Personalised Learning Session per child.

  • Group Discovery Sessions: Two free Group Discovery Sessions, subject to the maximum capacity of 12 children per group. These are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are your payment options and which currency do you use?

All bookings and transactions are handled securely via Stripe. All fees are processed strictly in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from a parent or legal guardian to cancel or reschedule any 1:1 or group session.

What happens if ImagiLearn needs to cancel a session?

In the rare event of exceptional circumstances (such as instructor illness or technical failure on our end), the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. If a mutually convenient time cannot be found for a paid session, a full refund or package credit will be promptly issued to the parent or legal guardian.

Which online platform do you use?

All online sessions are conducted via Zoom. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring their child has a stable internet connection, a working camera, and a microphone.

What age group do you cater for?

Our sessions are thoughtfully designed for primary school children aged 6 to 11 years old.

What does my child need to bring to each session?

To dive fully into the creative process, children should have a few basic materials ready for every session:

  • Pens and pencils

  • Colouring crayons

  • Paper of any kind (blank, lined, or scrap paper)

If any specific or additional resources are required for a particular lesson, the parent or legal guardian will always be informed well in advance.

1:1 Personalised Learning Sessions

Does my child need their video and microphone on during the session?

Yes, absolutely! Unlike our group sessions, our private 1:1 Personalised Learning Sessions are completely interactive, personalised mentorship experiences. To allow me to guide, encourage, and connect with your child effectively, both their video camera and microphone must remain on for the entire duration of the lesson. We kindly ask that the parent or legal guardian helps set up a quiet, comfortable learning space before the session begins so your child can fully immerse themselves in the experience.

Group Discovery Sessions

How do you protect my child's privacy during the Group Discovery Sessions?

We take safeguarding and privacy incredibly seriously.

  • No Recording: No sessions are ever recorded without explicit, prior written consent from the parent or legal guardian.

  • Visual Privacy: Our group sessions utilise strict privacy controls so that children cannot see each other's faces or screens.

  • First Names Only: We kindly ask that the parent or legal guardian ensures their child's Zoom display name shows their first name only before logging in.

What is the capacity for the Group Discovery Sessions?

To ensure every child receives meaningful engagement and high-quality mentorship, our group sessions are strictly capped at a maximum of 12 children. These are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will my child need to speak or unmute during the Group Discovery Sessions?

Yes, absolutely! Active participation is the heart of the ImagiLearn journey. To ensure your child can fully share their brilliant ideas, we highly encourage the parent or legal guardian to accept the Zoom audio prompt immediately when logging into the session. Accepting this prompt simply gives me permission to invite your child to speak. When it is their turn to share, a small message will pop up on their screen, and you can help them click "Accept" to unmute.
Please rest assured that even when your child is unmuted, our strict privacy controls remain firmly in place—other children will hear their wonderful thoughts, but they will never be able to see their face or screen. If you choose not to accept the audio prompt at login, your child can absolutely still watch and enjoy the session, though their ability to interact, ask questions, and share their creations will be limited.

Can siblings attend the the Group Discovery Sessions together?

Yes! Siblings are more than welcome to join our group sessions together at no extra cost. However, please bear in mind the recommended age range for the group session, as a younger or older sibling may not receive the full cognitive and academic benefits if the material is not tailored to their specific developmental stage.
